    Sir, may I ask if the Certificate I obtained over 10yrs ago is still valid, should I pay for the outstanding renewal Fees, on a lighter note Sir, don’t ask why I had not been renewing it, it’s not far from the fact that I lost the Job I had for a long time and means of renewal was an issue coupled with the unfriendly economy but want to be on the know of the implications of such a long time.

  2. I am to pay for a new license but the person raising the remitta instead choice registration and the description type new license. Hope there is no problem
